Hello, fellow dreamers and doodlers!
Let me introduce myself: I’m a girl with a mind sharper than a Mughal sword and a heart bigger than the Badshahi Mosque! Born and raised in the vibrant—and sometimes chaotic—city of Lahore, I grew up surrounded by a rich tapestry of history, culture, and enough Sufism to make even my Wi-Fi connection feel spiritual. Seriously, have you ever tried meditating while waiting for a connection to load?
Lahore, famously dubbed the “City of Gardens,” might have been the epicenter of emperors and glory, but for me, it’s where I first learned that not all gardens are made of flowers. Some are composed of friends, family, and a sprinkle of the chaotic joy of two lovely kids—a big boy who thinks he knows more than Google and a little girl who can melt hearts faster than a popsicle in the summer sun.
After conquering my Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Illustration (no dragons, but plenty of late-night coffee and questionable parenting strategies), I set forth on my quest to translate imagination into reality! With 6+ years of experience under my artistic belt, I’m on a mission to sprinkle magic into children’s books and digital media like confetti at a wedding.
My travels and childhood memories are my fuel and sometimes—let’s be honest—a little chaotic madness. Each experience adds a splash of color to my visual vocabulary, which I then translate into stories that dance off the pages and into the dreaming minds of our future generation.
So here I am, a Lahore girl with a talented mind, hoping to inspire the next generation of artists, dreamers, and maybe a few mini-Mughals. Together, let’s keep the magic of storytelling alive, one colorful illustration at a time!
And remember, if you ever feel lost, just follow the sound of laughter and the smell of biryani—that’s probably where I’ll be!
Until next time, keep dreaming!
